We are pleased to advise that the Fair Work Commission approved the Menzies Aviation (Sydney and Melbourne) Customer Service Agreement 2014 on 8th May 2015.
The EBA comes into operation on 15th May 2015 and it expires on 31 January 2017.
The EBA contains pay rise of 3% from 1 July 2014 and 3.5% from 1 April 2015 so staff have significant back pay and pay rises that are due. Increases in allowances are also payable.
The company has advised us that the back pay will be paid in the payroll run due on 20th May 2015. Make sure you check your pay very carefully and if you have any queries make sure you raise them.
