The ASU has been invited to meet with Serco HR over the issue of pay and classifications on the Contract Call Centre Award.
The ASU is always prepared to raise issues on members behalf and will be asking Serco to explain the rational for categorising employees as Level 1.
However, if we are going to win real change at Serco PAL we are going to be everyone on board fighting for the pay and conditions PAL workers deserve.
The ASU strongly believes PAL workers perform a vital community service, and deserve greater than the minimum award conditions when it comes to pay, breaks, training, and more.
