SERCO Traffic Camera Services Proposed Log of Claims
- The flexibility term should be limited to allowances only
- Greater restriction on the use of specified term employment, including conversion to
- Overtime to be payable for work in excess of 38 hours in any week
- Casual loading of 25%
- Improve redundancy entitlements to beyond NES
- Remove Clauses 13f) and 14 b) employee should be entitled to redundancy if the Contract is taken up by another employer
- Wage claim of 4% Per Annum back paid to nominal expiry of current Agreement
- Higher duties payable after one day, and 10% or higher salary, whichever is greater
- Increase Superannuation to 12%
- Hours of work to be improved Road Safety Camera Operators, exclude Sunday
- Evidence Management ordinary hours, narrowed to 7am – 7pm Monday to Saturday
- Support Operation Centre ordinary hours narrowed to 7am – 7pm Monday – Saturday
- Shift work – Increase loading to at least 25%
- Overtime – 150% for first 2 hours and 200% thereafter. Employee choice between TOIL and payment
- Public Holidays should be worked by Agreement, call first for volunteers?
- Compassionate leave for person to whom a Guardianship relationship has once existed
- Paid Parental Leave, update terms and remove 32(f)
- Dispute resolution either party to Agreement may refer to FWC
- Fixed hours for permanent part time employees and OT rates paid for any hours in excess
- Long Service Leave balances to be provided on Pay – Slips
- Family Violence leave
- 48 / 52 Arrangements to purchase additional leave
- Any other Claim arising in the course of bargaining
