A meeting of all Union members at Tenix has been arranged to discuss the fast approaching next round of negotiations for the new Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA).
The EBA is the legal document that regulates all of your terms and conditions of employment. It is in these discussions that your wage increases are negotiated for the next 3 years.
It is important that ALL union members and any other employees who may be interested in becoming a Union member come along to these meetings.
WHEN: Friday 15 July, 2016
TIME: A series of meetings will be held between 1pm – 3pm. This will allow people a chance at some stage during the afternoon to get away from their work desk and come to one of the meetings. Each meeting will last for 20 minutes and they are PAID TIME meetings for all employees attending.
WHERE: 1.00pm – 1.20pm: CF 5.0 – Level 5
1.30pm – 1.50pm: CF 4.0 – Level 4
2.00pm – 2.20pm: CF 4.0 – Level 4
2.30pm – 2.50pm: CF 2.0 – Level 2
It is important that we go into these negotiations as one strong, united employee group. The only way to do that effectively is for all Tenix employees to join the Union to make sure their voice is heard and their issues are dealt with.
