What do I need to do?
Vote YES before 2pm on Tuesday the 15th December to secure the Virgin EBA.
You will be sent an SMS and an email from CorpVote (the independent company running the vote) by Friday morning the 11th of December 2020.
You can then vote using the online link or SMS. You will receive both an email to your Virgin Australia email address and an SMS from CorpVote advising you of your Voter ID and PIN, and explaining how to vote. Make sure you keep your employee number (Oracle employee number), Voter ID and PIN handy, as you will need these to register your vote.
What is the voting process?
The vote will be a secret ballot. No one will be able to see how you vote.
The voting process is being facilitated by an independent external provider called CorpVote, who are experts in their field and have been used as the Virgin Australia Group’s provider for Enterprise Agreement votes for several years. They provide a completely secure system for the voting process, which is entirely online.
What if I haven’t received the email or SMS?
You should receive an email from CorpVote by the 10th of December.
