ASU members have decided to VOTE NO because in the middle of a cost-of-living crisis TIO’s proposed EBA would mean:
- Workers are only guaranteed just a 2.5% pay increase, with only 2% paid in the first year! This is despite inflation being above 6%!
- The remuneration model excludes Casual employees and those new employees under 6 months from PDP payments! Locking them in to a pathetic 2.5% pay increase!
- Part-Time workers Overtime Rates are slashed, with workers now required to work more than Full Time (37.5hrs) to earn overtime!
- The PDP System gives TI management too much power over who receives PDP Payments! The ASU holds concerns that workers facing allegations of misconduct could lose out on PDP payments!
