Working people are facing some of the most significant threats to working conditions and rates of pay that we have seen since WorkChoices. For working people, the rules are broken. Work is becoming more insecure, wage theft is rampant and it’s harder to win decent wage increases that keep up with the cost of living.
Will you stand with us at the all unions Rally on 9 May to fight for stronger and more effective universal rights, more secure jobs, fair pay increases and rights for workers that can be enforced?
When: 10.00am Trades Hall, Wednesday 9 May
Where: Meet at the ASU Office from 9.30am – 116 Queensberry Street, Carlton South to march together to Trades Hall
RSVP: Please RSVP here
This is a once in a generation fight that we must have to secure our working conditions and protect them for our children and future generations.
For further information please contact your ASU Organiser or Imogen Sturni on 0433 339 656 and Matt Norrey on 0407 873 050.
We look forward to seeing you there.
It’s time to change the rules!
