Disability workers push for pay rise

The ASU has launched a landmark case in the Fair Work Commission to ban wage theft in the NDIS and lift wages for all disability workers.

ASU Branch Secretary Angus McFarland said:
“Disability workers deserve a pay ­increase to reflect the fact their work has become more complex, skilled and with more responsibility under the NDIS.”
